Privacy Policy

The short version: our apps collect no personal information, and the only data we ever hold is what you choose to send us when you contact support.

Effective date: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Cyberprodigy LLC (“Cyberprodigy,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with our mobile applications (the “Apps”) and our website at www.cyberprodigy.com (the “Site”). We build calculator tools, not data businesses — our products are designed to work without collecting personal information.

1. Information our apps collect: none

Our Apps do not collect, store, or transmit personal information. Specifically, our Apps:

  • do not require an account or registration;
  • do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts;
  • do not access your device's camera, microphone, photos, or location services;
  • do not contain advertising or third-party advertising SDKs;
  • do not use third-party analytics or tracking; and
  • perform all calculations locally on your device — your inputs never leave it.

2. Purchases and in-app purchases

Our Apps are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. All payments — including any in-app purchases, such as code-revision updates — are processed entirely by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies. We never receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or other payment information. Apple and Google may provide us with aggregated, non-identifying sales statistics.

3. Information you choose to send us

If you contact us — by emailing techsupport@cyberprodigy.com or by using the contact form on our Site — we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, which app your message concerns, and the contents of your message.

We use this information solely to respond to your question, investigate the issue you reported, and improve our products. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to mailing lists. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve your request and maintain a record of the fix.

4. Website data

Cookies: our Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Server logs: like nearly all websites, the server that hosts our Site may automatically record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) for security, capacity, and troubleshooting purposes. These logs are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Embedded videos: a few app pages embed demo videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). No data is sent to YouTube until you press play; if you play a video, Google may collect viewing data under the Google Privacy Policy.

External links: our Site links to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Once you leave our Site, those services' own privacy policies apply.

5. Children's privacy

Our Apps and Site are intended for working professionals and general audiences; they are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because our Apps collect no personal information from anyone, they collect none from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through our contact channels, contact us and we will delete it.

6. How we protect information

The only personal information we hold is support correspondence, and we limit access to it to the people who need it to help you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but holding minimal data is the strongest protection we can offer — and it's how our products are designed.

7. Your rights and choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you (in practice: your past support correspondence, if any), to request a copy of it, or to request that it be corrected or deleted. Residents of certain jurisdictions (including the EU/EEA, UK, and California) have these rights under law; we extend them to everyone. We will never discriminate against you for exercising them. To make a request, email techsupport@cyberprodigy.com.

We do not sell personal information and have not sold personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how our Apps or Site handle information — for example, if a future app requires a new device permission — we will update this policy and revise the effective date above before the change takes effect. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
